“Very prompt and right on time. Set an appointment for 3 and they took my tuck in. They said it would be about 45 minutes to put a cover on the bed of the truck. It was ready to go in about 30 minutes. I was very impressed with all the guys there.”

They were super welcoming and although they didn’t have the part he was super helpful in helping me find a company that I could order them from! “Recommended for affordable batteries and the owners are honest and helpful. Got quoted for a new battery for my Sentra at a commercial battery place for $400 and I got a new dependable used battery here for a fraction of the price. It been years and that battery still runs. Just got a lawnmower battery and it runs well. Highly recommended”

“I can't recommend Ari Harrison enough as a service advisor at the Mitsubishi service center, Gainesville GA. She genuinely cares about her customers and takes the time to give honest, top-notch advice about your vehicle instead of just pushing services. She's easy to talk to, friendly, and makes the whole experience stress-free. Hands down one of the best service advisors I've worked with - ask for her by name!”

“This is an excellent business and a great group of guys. They helped me with an electronic issue on my truck and were able to repair it while I was there... you don't see that very often. I'll not only be back, but this is my go to shop for my vehicles. Very affordable, quality work.”

“We just moved to the area and didn’t know where to find a good mechanic. I had to get a couple of recalls fixed on my vehicle and that brought me to Jim Shorkey Kia. I have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service I’ve received at the Jim Shorkey service center. I also brought my wife’s van to here to get new tires and was given a better price than they first quoted without us even asking for it. PJ has gone above and beyond what is expected at a service center and has won our family’s business.”

“Very efficient and modern dealership. The sales guy(JR) was pleasant and helpful. The sales mgr(Shane?) sat behind his glass wall and glowered at me, but apparently was doing the “good cop/bad cop” routine or else he didn’t care too much about such a small deal. Whatever… The financial person (Bonnie) was pleasant and efficient. It was a slow day but we got the deal done.”

“GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Clark may be the best thing since sliced bread, personable, knowledgeable, patient and consistently gives you the correct part the first time. Originally, I was given the wrong CV Axle, not sure by who, but Clark helped me get it corrected & even answered a few unrelated questions; I’m a happy customer when my customer’s are happy and I’m not sure that would’ve been a possible outcome without his assistance.”
