“The salesman, Jake, did a good job explaining all the options. We really like the dependability and comfort of La-Z-Boy. Our other set of La-Z-Boys lasted 17 years, mechanism still great but fabric was alittle worn in spots. Only wished they would remove the old ones when they brought the new ones. Price of delivery was high.”
“I had a painting framed here. The staff was incredibly helpful. They communicated with me about a delay in getting the frame finished. The framing itself is fantastic!”

“I just received my Pengrove 54” round dining table this morning and it is everything I had hoped it would be. Very sturdy construction and is beautiful. The mango wood is impressive and looks like a far more expensive table. I was also very pleased with the meticulous packing and no damage at all. I would totally recommend this beautiful well made table!!!!!! Also such a pleasure working with Nook & Cottage.”

However the bathroom may need some remodeling, and when it comes to it maybe a little bit of signage as the items seem to be grouped weirdly.

“Love this little shop many ideas for Christmas stocking stuffers that is for sure. We really enjoyed visiting and getting a good view of the many things they have to see. I bought a multi purpose grilling set that we can use as we go camping in the future. Has a flipper, and fork , corkscrew and can opener. I can now start to collect things for our trips. Love this little shop will check this place.”

Very disappointed- went to shop for crafts for the grandchildren and saw sign by puzzle for 40% of all puzzles, so I picked up 2. When I got home noticed I did not receive the discount so used the “ contact us” on website.
Confusion about store signage- it stated all puzzles 40% off
Received an email stating that ……

“What a WOW! experience we reciently had at this store. Long story short, it is alway a pleasue to shop here, but the assistant manager, "David", who we had just met blew us away with his handling of our purchase of a new outdoor deck furniture set. I can only wish that the CEO of the company had been watching. From the moment we met, his overall attitude, style and professionalism were outstanding. On the drive home my wife and I tried to recall a better shopping experience and could not. It reminded us of the Lexus tag line "Experience Amazing". Although our new deck furniture cost tens of thousands less than a new Lexus lol, the experience was met with the same respect for the needs of the customer and the feeling of quality. HomeGoods is one of our most favorite and valued stores and we only wish to make it even better by calling out this latest experience. I retired years ago from 36 years of wonderful service with the worlds largest manufacturer of consumer products and if I know anything, it is this- When outstanding people doing outstanding work are rewarded, outstanding things happen for us all. “I was on travel and hadn't packed enough warm clothes - apparently this was the coldest temperatures in Atlanta since 1985. Thanks to a winter cyclone bomb or some such silliness. Anyhow, I found several sweatshirts at Ross and they were really nice and fair priced. Staff was helpful, was in and out in good time.”
