“I had not purposely intended to go into the store, but had a delayed lunch date with some friends down the street, so I decided to go in and take a look. What a beautiful store! So many unique items priced SO reasonably. The owner is a VERY kind man. You can tell that he knows what he is talking about and loves what he is doing.
I will be going back again and again. This has become my new favorite shopping spot!

“Love this store. I have to use caution, because they have so many wonderful products that I could spend all of my money there! And great rotating sales. Recently I had to make a purchase online since my location was limited in what I needed. Customer service was excellent as I encountered some damaged goods when my order arrived. They took care of the reorder for me just as kindly as these store employees have been to me each time I shop in the store.”

“I am a happy customer! We started researching sleep number beds, filled out a form and I got the nicest knowledgeable lady Terri Lee to call, which at first was going to let her go as I was at work, but she had so much knowledge and information and I couldn’t help but listen. It was also very genuine as she has one herself! I told her we would try and come see her over the holiday weekend. I went there first as I said I would, thinking I couldn’t afford one we liked and we ended up leaving with a bed delivery on the books! It’s really amazing and I love the adjustability. We are technical so we did door delivery and it was fun to figure assembly out. Our lives are so much better because of good sleep. Go there, talk to Terri Lee, you won’t regret it! She is super sweet and fun to add to that! Thank you Terri!”

“I have had several lovely experiences at this shop, especially with the store owner, Miss Shannon. I am new to the area and furnishing a new home. They have been helpful and kind as I have chosen items to fill our new space. I have had to make several trips to take the furniture pieces home. Not only were they happy to hold the items until I could come back, but Miss Shannon even helped me easily load them up. For a tiny little thing, she is strong! They will definitely be seeing my face over and over again!”
“I had one of my best experiences at this particular Floor and decor. The staff was extremely helpful. We needed tile for 4 baths. One of design consultants, Ethan, was very patient after 5 hours and help us pick out the perfect tile combinations. The store manager even took care of price wise for our large purchase. I will recommend coming too this location for all you tile needs. The experience was Top Notch ?”
“My boyfriend and I walked past the store on our way to dinner and it was closed. We looked in the window and saw it welcoming and inviting. So we decided that the next day we would go check it out. Glad we did.
Great items that are fairly priced. Loved all the local items. The owner and daughter were working. She told others that they normally don’t work on Sundays, but do come in to help if needed. Daughter seemed confused on some things, and it made the experience seem genuine. Lost a star as we weren’t greeted or even a hello when staff were walking the floor. As a manager in customer service and hospitality it’s the little things that matter! That said, I still highly recommend this place and will return the next time I’m in Cumming.”
