“I’ve lived here at Regal Park Apartments, The staffing is very respectful. I had problems with my lights (kelp flickering)., Mr J the maintenance, was very professional and fixed the issue. Overall if you need a place to live. I highly recommend Regal Park Apartments for their speed empathy quality, with staff Excellence.”

“The neighborhood is pleasant, and repairs are carried out on time. However, a downside is that HOA fees must be paid for access to an offsite recreation center, regardless of usage. I have lived here for a year.”

“I really enjoy living at Battlecreek Village Townhomes! The community is quiet, clean, and well cared for. Management is friendly, professional and quick to respond. Special shout out to Jacqueline and Shonie, who I worked with directly during the move in process. Jacqueline continues to be an exceptional leasing consultant. They are quick to respond while doing their best in making my living experience top tier. My townhome feels spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“This property is drop dead gorgeous. Inside the units are luxury finishes that you often see in modern style million dollar homes. The skyline views on the skydeck will be great for working from home or entertaining guest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property sits in a prime time location. Not too far away from the beltline, Ponce, Old 4th ward, piedmont, little 5 points. If you like being near what’s popping then this is definitely the spot to be. Get with Joshlynn. She’ll take care of you.”

We started off on a rough patch, but even then, she never let her feelings get in the way of her professionalism. Connie and the rest of the team have made such a difference in this place. They’re all welcoming, warm, and make you feel like family the moment you walk in.
I’m someone who loves to ask a lot of questions so you already know I was calling every minute, lol but Constance remained patient, kind, and helpful with me every single time. I truly appreciate her for making this whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected.

“Came home to a shattered sliding glass door due to a lawnmower projectile. It was the end of the day and I expected that nothing would get done until the next day but called the office anyway. Within the hour, the Community Director, Jacque, was there and initiated the service call for a company to repair the door. This place and it's people are awesome. If you're in Atlanta, you should be in Inman Park, and if you're in Inman Park, you should be at North Highland Steel.”
“I been having a wonderful experience here . I love that we were able to learn how to plant and grow correctly. I love the fact we can feed the goats and chickens. Mediation classes are awesome. The staff are great and really go above and beyond for you . I love the gym and also the soul space to have free space to think . Theirs always something to do here to get you involved in the community with yourself and children’s. One of my favorite events that recently passed was coffee and breakfast in the community that was sweet and thoughtful. The last thing I love it’s always ways to give and help others in our community. We have a giving table that comes in handy especially if you need items .”
“I visited last week and spoke with Taylor. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her during my tour. Loved the apartment, applied that night, moved in a few days later! There were a few small things that needed attention and the team was on it first thing Monday morning. I'm still waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered, but things are going great and Im confident they'll be here ASAP. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. I had to get something out of my car tonight and there was a security officer making rounds in his vehicle. So far, so good, Fieldstone Glen!”
