“Amazing customer service! I walked in at 1pm without an appointment just trying to look around for my dream wedding dress. I was told that they didn’t have enough staff and there was a bride coming in at 1:30pm. I was asked if I could reschedule to 3pm, but I had another appointment. Brandy came over and immediately squeezed me in for a quick appointment before the other bride. She was so attentive and bubbly. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses. Brandy really did set the bar high when it came to customer service.”
“I would 100% recommend future brides to visit Kelly's Closet for their wedding dress. All the girls were such a great support system throughout the wedding dress process. From the first try on, to saying "yes", to the alterations appointments, to when I picked it up the week of the wedding, the girls always hyped me up through it all! Even when I had my doubts they reassured me that my dress was a great choice. I never felt like just another bride and they really made me feel special. Their service was wonderful and I loved that I was able to have the dress altered in house and didn't have to worry about figuring that out on my own. I was sad to say goodbye - but hopefully I have friends in ATL and beyond that choose to visit Kelly's Closet for their big day so I can go back and live vicariously through them! Thank you all again for an amazing experience!”
