Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the owner went above and beyond. They personally drove to the UPS hub, located my package, brought it back, and changed the shipment to Overnight so it would arrive on time.
That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They truly cared about helping me and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience.
