Elaine in the drive thru and Beth and Linda on the inside, these tellers are the sweetest!”

“Today I visited Truist bank in Forsyth. Stormy was my bank teller and was an absolute doll and worked with me for over an hour to try and resolve my issue and even after my visit she still managed to find a solution to my problem. Never in my banking experience have I had someone so dedicated to their job and show so much effort in making my life a little easier! For her, it’s more than a job and a paycheck! Edit - after reaching out to me and speaking with the branch manager she heard me out on my concerns and assured me if any issues in the future that arise will be dealt with by her personally I appreciate the time being taken out and just hearing me out on my concerns and just being transparent with me instead of just acting like a “robot” which is all I ask for especially when it comes to my day to day finances”
