“The best bank around! We have banked here for almost 20 years and the staff is great! From Lisa Slaughter sugaring my kids up with suckers, giving the dog a frisbee to destroy and helping me with any account questions I have even off the clock to Lindsay Parker helping us with loans when we need them. Elaine in the drive thru and Beth and Linda on the inside, these tellers are the sweetest!”

“5 stars for the staff -Stormy, Dyan and Frankee are amazing and are always hustling to take care of customers!! They are truly kind hearted and you can tell they care about who they are helping and what they are doing.

Biggest complaint is wait time, there is always a line and sometimes it’s only 1 person working the line. Between inside customers and drive thru, there are times I’ve waited for well over 35-40 minutes before being assisted . As a full time working business owner this is a huge downfall, it’s difficult as we only have so much time to bring deposits/get change orders and get back to work.

I also hate how stressful it can be to the ones working alone, not to mention it seems unsafe to have only one female present.

If I was basing on wait times alone I would only give 1 star. If management could utilize more staff and figure out a way to better schedule, this bank would all around be a solid win.”

Edit - after reaching out to me and speaking with the branch manager she heard me out on my concerns and assured me if any issues in the future that arise will be dealt with by her personally I appreciate the time being taken out and just hearing me out on my concerns and just being transparent with me instead of just acting like a “robot” which is all I ask for especially when it comes to my day to day finances”
