Fort Benning Commissary is a store with wide aisles, a large variety of products, and a clean, neat environment. Customers appreciate the good selection of vegetables and meats, as well as the quality of items like sushi and catered sandwiches. The store generally provides excellent service at the checkout, with helpful staff and even self-checkout monitoring that ensures correct scanning. The store feels safe and secure, making it a comfortable place to shop for a few items. However, experiences at the deli can vary; while some staff are friendly, others may be rude or unhelpful, especially with a negative attitude observed from one employee. The commissary also offers well-organized catering options, with toppings and condiments separated for customer preference. Overall, it’s seen as a good store for convenience and safety, though customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, typical of government employees.
Shout out to Ashley and baggers Zion and Carol for their helpful, friendly service. Ashley went above and beyond to be engaging, friendly, and kind to every shopper in line. Well done.

I haven't been there in quite a while, but staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Very experienced employees who help soldiers transition into civilian life after service

I would give it 3 stars because despite having a large selection of meats and produce, the quality is fair at best. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the nature made vitamins I take are substantially cheaper here than anywhere else, even online.
