“For the the price this is a 10/10 room was clean, cute, and nice sized it’s the size of my room at home love. I’m adopting a cat and this is the best way to introduce him to my dog I was sick in the walls are pretty thin. You can hear what’s going on next-door, so I feel bad for my neighbors cause I was coughing all night. I didn’t like that you had to go to a whole Nother building just to get your room key but I saw on the site that there was a gym and there’s no gym”

“Excellent!! This hotel is well maintained and the location is a great plus. Check in was fast and efficient. All rooms were booked at the time of my stay, yet the hotel was very clean and staff were very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and there’s surprisingly strong water pressure in the shower. I also enjoyed the complimentary soaps and lotion.Breakfast was splendid (especially the coffee). There was a great assortment of foods and drinks and everything was nicely laid out. Highly recommend.”

“First timer. Great place. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette. Great customer service at the reception. They went above and beyond to get a clean room earlier than the regular check-in time for our first wedding night. Thank you, guys.”

“One of the best Marriott’s I’ve even stayed at. It’s in an old grist mill and they have made the old factor a charming place to relax and stay. Also, it’s in a great location for anyone needing to be in uptown Columbus! 10/10!”

“Normally I wouldn't give this place 5 stars across the board but when you consider how everything is right there for you to choose from multiple room and bed options with prices posted in plain view and no extra cost! Everything is already in the price you see along with $5 key deposit so not the normal hotel room surprise where a $45 room ends up costing $95 plus a $25 - $100 deposit! There were no disturbances , issues or concerns during my stay and they even have an employee there all night! If you are looking for a super low price for a night or a week and don't care about the mint on your pillow type place (Walmart supercenter right down the street so you can buy a whole bag of mints with the money you save) this place is a 5 star hotel in my book and could be in yours too! If you're a luxury expecting person then ignore this review! I'll stay again for sure!Rooms: More like a studio apartment without the kitchen that a hotel room although some rooms do have a mini fridge and microwave!Safety: Well lit everywhere and staff on duty all night!”

“I work there and I see great improvements by the new owner. New carpet, new paint and curtains, and more improvements coming. There is NO BREAKFAST anymore though. Only coffee in the lobby and coffee pots in every room. The pool has a beautiful new look and there is a beautiful fountain added near the pool. The management is very flexible and nice and we pice match! So check with us before you reserve online. We will give you the lowest online price! So many things to do and see around the area! We are definitely the Best Value Inn and Suites in the area! Come see.”

“The representative, Courtney, was awesome. I checked in late evening, and I was welcomed with humor and southern hospitality. The room was very nice, the bed felt amazing and it was very peaceful. My trip was for pleasure, and I got plenty of rest. The breakfast was decent, and the morning staff was very stand-off. The only negative was finding hair stringing on the ceiling of the bathroom.”

“The staff was most helpful especially the front desk workers. Manager on duty Joanie was her name I think. She went out of her was to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. And most of all the rooms were clean. I will most definitely be staying with them again”

“Breakfast was great, but room out date, too much noise from others staying there. At 2am people were coming in and out of their room just talking and yelling at each other. You couldn't get any sleep. Plus I have not received my deposit back either.”

“This place isn't a Hilton and lacks extravagant decor, but the owner and clerks are great plus they have WiFi! My son and I had nowhere to sleep and were tired of being in our car. They let me work doing things on grounds to earn a bed. I have never seen this and it's great for people who have nowhere to turn! This place was very helpful in a time of need!”

“Will not be coming here again. Customer service was not grate and they messed up our rooms. Room seemed ok at 1st but under further inspection it did not live up what it was cracked up to be. And worse of all when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night I saw 3 roaches!!”

“I stayed here from Oct 1st-Oct 29th 2023. In my situation (domestic violence) this place was a godsend. Yes! There are Roaches. A lot of them. And the rooms carpet was filthy but overall I enjoyed my stay. No one ever bothered me and I'm a single woman alone. Hell it's no different than living in public housing just less space. I don't have a car so between lyft, catch a cab and walking all my needs were met. Walmart is less than 30 min walking. There were ppl there with pets but it wasn't bothersome. Hell, I say if you have to stay there a while, get you some raid, some bleach, some lysol and some febreeze. You'll be alright. There's a $75 deposit that you should get back. Hell, I never had so much peace. Oh and management was awesome for me. I was polite so they were polite. That's how it works.”

“Definitely a little different then I expected but overall my stay here has been great. Wish it was a little less to stay overnight or a week. But other than that I have no complaints.”

“It was obviously not as clean as it could be. Other than it being slightly dirty , they need a new cleaning person, the place is very nice and our room was spacious. The shower was perfect and the man that checked us in was very sweet and professional. The room could have been cleaner. Everything else was perfect.”

“When I pulled up to the hotel, I thought this can't possibly be the place that I'm only spending $75 per night for! I walked into the office and was overwhelmed with the hospitality, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere of Econo Lodge. They handed me my key, explained the endless amenities, and carried my bags to the room. When I walked into the room I was once again blown away. I saw there was a pool on their website but no hot tub, that's because my room had its own private jacuzzi! The linens were so fresh and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in! There was a beautiful care package waiting for me on my pillow, a warm bath already drawn with candles burning, and the 95" TV turned on to my favorite channel. The room smelled so lovely and the vanity in the bathroom made me feel like a supermodel! They brought breakfast right to my door in the morning. It included fresh craft coffee, a variety of juices, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelet options. The Econo Lodge served as a personal oasis and once in the room I couldn't believe I was only in Columbus, Georgia. I felt so comfortable and safe in the room I never wanted to leave! But the location was so ideal, being right on Victory drive, that I had to go out and explore all there was to offer.”
