βHot Topic is an awesome place to shop for anime, Gothic, and metal culture assessories. They are knowledgeable about the items they sell and have good sales. Hot Topic is also well kept, and the workers are very nice and patient to get what you are looking for. ALSO, Hot Top does stock the famous "SHADOW SONIC" backpack. The Con is, it sells really fast!!!β

βMs. Mercy is God-sent!!! I brought a dress online that was completely awful before picture). Ms Mercy transformed it into exactly what I always dreamed of. The detail of my dress was impeccable. All while creating original dresses for my 5 bridesmaids. All of the dresses were absolutely beautiful. I will be going back for any and all custom dresses needed.β

Angela and Andrea went over and beyond to make my experience here the best. I donβt know what I would have done if I didnβt have them to assist me with my purchase. They are the best!!!! βI had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didn't have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!β

βThe Swank Co. has the cutest clothes and jewelry. They have great gift items if you're looking for someone who is hard to buy for. I have a teenager and she loves the boutique clothing items and how much of variety they have to offer. The dressing rooms are spacious and I'd you find something that's not in your size the staff will call the other stores to see if they have it in their inventory. They can either reserve the item for you at the location the item was in stock or have it brought to the store you were shopping at within a few days. They are very accommodating and friendly.β
βThe bomb Cititrend has really step their game up on fashion I found 300$ worth of clothes that u was gona order off line I didnt think cititrend would've had that in stores I love it,yall need to come up wit an rewards card cause I spend alot of $ in cititrend ????β

βThis was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. βZac helped me special order a specific hat I got in Washington DC, and lost, so I needed it mucho badly. We went through it and I got my address WRONG for some reason. Zac called the order center on my behalf and straightened everything out without the need of an additional payment or paperwork (for me anyway). Exceptional service and they earned a customer for life.β
βI went here to get my first spray tan and I was TERRIFIED. I went bc it was free and Im going in vacation next week. Emma was so sweet and talked me through everything and ensured me that I wouldnβt come out orange. After my first spray, I loved the color but I was like βI want to be a little darkerβ so I booked with Emma again and the second time my blood sugar dropped as we were drying the tan. Emma took care of and ensured she did everything to prevent the tan from running due to the sweat. And guess what, there was no running! Emma made me feel comfortable and didnβt judge my body at all. I couldnβt recommend getting spray tans here more! Especially with Emma. She even volunteered to come in on her day off tomorrow to fix anything incase it ran from my sweat! Love love love the store and the staff! Thank you Emma!β
βI visited the Hollister store at Augusta Mall on yesterday, December 21, 2018. I needed to do some last Christmas shopping and I had no clue what to buy. I was able to get all of my gifts within an hour and stayed within my budget, thanks to Zachary, one of the employees that work at the store. I really appreciate his professionalism and his familiarity with the Hollister brand!β
