“Today I witnessed incredible service from two employees: Liam and Jess at Augusta Mall’s Hot Topic. I had an issue with my store pick up order of my Gangle and Zooble plushie as I was hoping they’d be there in time before my trip to Washington DC. Liam and Jess came in to the rescue with their accommodating requests of getting a Zooble and Gangle plushie that’s already in store and cancelling the order as Liam checked on my order which was clarified to not make it in time. I thank both of them SO SO much for their cooperation, kindness, and overall their vibrant energy that they bring in the room every time I come in store. They’re amazing employees and deserve great amounts of praise. If you’re seeing this Liam and Jess, thank you for everything and I don’t regret coming to Hot Topic so many times.”

“my grandson and I went here for Christmas shopping. These guys are the best. It was everything we expected. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the brands. I knew nothing of this store until my grandson told me about it. They helped him find everything he wanted and needed. Prices are reasonable for the present-day designer clothing market. A step up for Augusta being able to bypass department stores. I will continue to shop here for him mainly because the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, the clothing are what my grandson love, the store is neat and organized, and staff are on hand to assist and do not have to be hunted down. “I visited the Hollister store at Augusta Mall on yesterday, December 21, 2018. I needed to do some last Christmas shopping and I had no clue what to buy. I was able to get all of my gifts within an hour and stayed within my budget, thanks to Zachary, one of the employees that work at the store. I really appreciate his professionalism and his familiarity with the Hollister brand!”
