“Today I witnessed incredible service from two employees: Liam and Jess at Augusta Mall’s Hot Topic. I had an issue with my store pick up order of my Gangle and Zooble plushie as I was hoping they’d be there in time before my trip to Washington DC. Liam and Jess came in to the rescue with their accommodating requests of getting a Zooble and Gangle plushie that’s already in store and cancelling the order as Liam checked on my order which was clarified to not make it in time. I thank both of them SO SO much for their cooperation, kindness, and overall their vibrant energy that they bring in the room every time I come in store. They’re amazing employees and deserve great amounts of praise. If you’re seeing this Liam and Jess, thank you for everything and I don’t regret coming to Hot Topic so many times.”
“Yesterday, 8/11/26, me and my daughter went in the Augusta mall location to find an outfit for a dinner. The associates that were there yesterday were amazing with her especially the young lady with the short black hair. They put together several outfits and shoes for her and brought them to her to try on. They treated her amazing and were super helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone who needs help deciding on an outfit for a certain event.”

“Such personalized and attentive customer service! Ordered a 1776 shirt for my brother to wear to a July 4th party. I messed up and selected in-store pickup. I emailed to see if my order could be shipped out rather than picked up because I am nowhere near Augusta. Chris responded and shipped the shirt out within one day. It got here even a day early before Fourth of July - he knew time was of the essence and made it happen. My brother loved the T and got so many compliments on it. Will definitely be shopping LoT for any future stylish, unique and comfy T-shirt needs!”

“My husband had a return. My daughter bought a shirt for Christmas it was 2 sizes too big. Tiara, one of managers helped us. We had a reciept and my daughter paid with credit card so we got credit for the store. Tiara was very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“My youngest son pick this retailer to do his back to school shopping. I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the store. All the tables were neatly folded. The four ways and rounders were straight and organized. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's very rare for you to find a neat and clean store during a back to school event. To top everything off the associate greeting us with a smile during checking out. Wow I really enjoyed my shopping experience there.”

“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. I would continue shopping in this store moving forward just because my first experience was pleasant. Thank you so much Mr. Shawn”
“Spirit Halloween has a great selection of costumes and masks. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have a lot of props, makeup, hats and other accessories. The isles are organized by thrme and neatly arranged. There is plenty of parking.”
