βOf everywhere I have ever been, I have never felt the need to review a place, but we had THE most exceptional customer service from the man at the counter here. If you need help, he goes out of his way to help you! Incredibly kind and helpful, and clearly knew what he was talking about.β
βHave a clean, good quality, and variety of selections. I spotted some Princess Polly and Lululemon. Every worker I encountered or interacted with was so nice and helpful! The store offers a military discount.β
βAngela and Val helped out so much at picking outfits for a weekend out in Savannah. A lot of things were out of my comfort zone but everything fit great. I was even able to get some amazing boots too! 10/10 recommend and will be coming back βΊοΈ.β
βToday I witnessed incredible service from two employees: Liam and Jess at Augusta Mall’s Hot Topic. I had an issue with my store pick up order of my Gangle and Zooble plushie as I was hoping they’d be there in time before my trip to Washington DC. Liam and Jess came in to the rescue with their accommodating requests of getting a Zooble and Gangle plushie that’s already in store and cancelling the order as Liam checked on my order which was clarified to not make it in time. I thank both of them SO SO much for their cooperation, kindness, and overall their vibrant energy that they bring in the room every time I come in store. They’re amazing employees and deserve great amounts of praise. If you’re seeing this Liam and Jess, thank you for everything and I don’t regret coming to Hot Topic so many times.β
βMs. Mercy is God-sent!!! I brought a dress online that was completely awful before picture). Ms Mercy transformed it into exactly what I always dreamed of. The detail of my dress was impeccable. All while creating original dresses for my 5 bridesmaids. All of the dresses were absolutely beautiful. I will be going back for any and all custom dresses needed.β

βMy favorite place to buy jeans! Not only do the jeans last forever, but the service is always amazing. All of the girls working are always so sweet and go above and beyond to help me out. They typically cost slightly more than department stores but that is because you get what you pay for!!β

βmy grandson and I went here for Christmas shopping. These guys are the best. It was everything we expected. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the brands. I knew nothing of this store until my grandson told me about it. They helped him find everything he wanted and needed. Prices are reasonable for the present-day designer clothing market. A step up for Augusta being able to bypass department stores. I will continue to shop here for him mainly because the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, the clothing are what my grandson love, the store is neat and organized, and staff are on hand to assist and do not have to be hunted down. The four ways and rounders were straight and organized. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's very rare for you to find a neat and clean store during a back to school event. βI went here to get my first spray tan and I was TERRIFIED. I went bc it was free and Im going in vacation next week. Emma was so sweet and talked me through everything and ensured me that I wouldnβt come out orange. After my first spray, I loved the color but I was like βI want to be a little darkerβ so I booked with Emma again and the second time my blood sugar dropped as we were drying the tan. Emma took care of and ensured she did everything to prevent the tan from running due to the sweat. And guess what, there was no running! Emma made me feel comfortable and didnβt judge my body at all. I couldnβt recommend getting spray tans here more! Especially with Emma. She even volunteered to come in on her day off tomorrow to fix anything incase it ran from my sweat! Love love love the store and the staff! Thank you Emma!β
