“When I moved in almost 5 years ago. Ms. Carla was my saving grace, then came Christina. She was amazing. our Landlord now, is the daughter of Carla. she has been patient with me, being that I'm a single mom. (Does she get frustrated with me, of course. But that's no fault of her own) She's always addressed my maintenance issues. And Angel and his brother are amazing. all the way down to my friend the Terminix guy!! My apt is one of the older units. It most definitely needs some TLC. But at the end of the day I am grateful for the patience, kindness (usually), and forethought when having an issue. would I like better plumbing, water that stays hot and better carpet...sure!!! But again grateful to have the roof over my daughter's and I head.
