“The process to apply, take control of unit, and deal with any unforeseeable problems was simplified because Audrey rolled out the red carpet. Every time I had questions or needed something Audrey was on the ball. Even when she was dealing with a busted pipe issue that had her sleep in her office for days during extremely cold temperatures, she still honored a request I had for renting storage. I'm not sure how she seems to make it look easy wearing all the hats she wears but she goes above and beyond in every situation. The apartments are amazing. The view is second only to standing on the balcony at Panama City Beach and looking out at the beautiful ocean. I called today to tell Audrey about an issue with the air conditioning and less than 20 minutes later Emilio came and is working to fix that issue. If life were this easy all the time it would be heaven. They do everything to make your stay here amazing. We came from a complex half a mile away that technically cost more and let me tell you things are far better here. I have never loved a home as much as I do here. I hope to remain a tenant here for years to come. Thank you Audrey and Emilio, you guys are wonderful.”
