If you had gone to Pals Car Spa you would had know that all tire shine is applied by hand and the wheels are always hand cleaned to make sure the wheels are perfect! Every Vehicle is hand brushed in the front for bugs and grime and the backs are brushed for dirt where the tunnel wraps may miss for example around the license plate and other areas. Every vehicle that exits the tunnel is checked over to make sure it leaves perfect!!!!!

“James was exceptional with helping me clean all the bugs off from my car when I went to detailing. James has great customer service skills and work ethics. He even had to help me get my new car in N ??♀️?♀️ lol ?. So thank you so much! I am marking one star off due to the vacuums, they either need updated or some work done on them. The last few times I have came here there's not enough suction coming from them to pick up anything. I do encourage to please have them serviced. Other than that I always get great customer service when I come here.

“Not as expensive as other car washes. You vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car. They have spray and towels for your windows and dash. They do not have a rug cleaner.”

“UPDATE: I had a great conversation with Mark who owns this business. He’s the type of business owner who stands by his services and he took care of the issue promptly. More than happy to return to this car wash knowing that he will actively take care of any problems that might arise.
This place was a bust for me. On Friday 8/9 around 6:35, I pulled my red SUV in to manually wash my car. The soap dispenser barely kicked out any soap, the spot free rinse came out at a trickle, and the air dryer didn’t work at all (the button was taped up). All I did was waste time and money plus my car actually looked worse afterwards.
I took it through the automatic side to purchase the “ultimate” and it seems to be somewhat better.
Unfortunately there aren’t too many places where I can get a touchless wash, so I might try it again later.”
