“My son needed an oil change ! They got to work on right away! They even said it wasn't as bad as we thought! We only paid 55 dollars! Had it done within 10 minutes! Had 3 employees working on the issue just to make sure it got done! Excellent service! Would recommend and will go back when need to! Also when i called back to see if they towed vehicles Rodney said they didn't actually do that personally but gave me a number to call that may help ! So when i called and got an estimate on towing he said it was a certain price and it was thank you!”

“We run the largest Turo fleet in Chattanooga, and this is the only car wash we use. The employees are fantastic and friendly, and they work very hard to keep everything fully stocked and clean. We clean 5-15 vehicles here on any given day, and rarely if ever run into any issues.”
“David went above and beyond in detailing my car. I’ve had it almost 4 years and I’ve had it detailed other places, but it looked like new after he was done with it! Even with a toddler regularly riding in my backseat. I am so impressed! He is incredibly personable, and was communicative throughout the whole process from scheduling to drop off and pickup. “Our 5th wheel rv is seven years old and had not been well cared for by the previous owner. The roof had obviously been exposed to a lot of tree debris and was filthy. We called him on a Monday and he came out Wednesday. I told him we did not expect perfection due to the condition of the trailer, however the finished job was impressive. The roof in particular was much cleaner than I had expected, and he navigated a lot of obstacles to get the job done. I thought his pricing was more than fair. We will be using him again.”

“Excellent Price, Excellent Staff, Expertly maintained vacuum area. We bring our fleet vehicles through here about 12 cars a week and I’ve never had a problem with the wash, vacuums, or had to wait on a spot. The management is doing a great job with their workers. Vacuum area is always clean and smiles on faces when coming through, even when we come on rainy days.”

“This is by far one of the best self-service car washes I’ve used. The bays were very clean, and all of the hoses were in great condition with no annoying kinks while washing. They offered multiple wash options, including tire cleaner, regular wash soap, and a wax for the final rinse. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the experience was quick and hassle-free. “I have my truck and wife's suv done here often. Exteriors always great and wax lasts. Yet, consistently the dash area is not very well cleaned. possibly attention to quality controle would be something to consider.
BTW, all staff members are highly cordial / friendly and the facility is clean. Fun to chatt with other customers in the benches.
