“Mr. Adam’s
If you had gone to Pals Car Spa you would had know that all tire shine is applied by hand and the wheels are always hand cleaned to make sure the wheels are perfect! Every Vehicle is hand brushed in the front for bugs and grime and the backs are brushed for dirt where the tunnel wraps may miss for example around the license plate and other areas. Every vehicle that exits the tunnel is checked over to make sure it leaves perfect!!!!!

“My son needed an oil change ! They got to work on right away! They even said it wasn't as bad as we thought! We only paid 55 dollars! Had it done within 10 minutes! Had 3 employees working on the issue just to make sure it got done! Excellent service! Would recommend and will go back when need to! Also when i called back to see if they towed vehicles Rodney said they didn't actually do that personally but gave me a number to call that may help ! So when i called and got an estimate on towing he said it was a certain price and it was thank you!”
“I would like to say, the lot was very clean, supplies were stocked, staff was great, especially the gm, i had alot of sap on my car and the wash cleaned it up pretty good tks”
“David went above and beyond in detailing my car. I’ve had it almost 4 years and I’ve had it detailed other places, but it looked like new after he was done with it! Even with a toddler regularly riding in my backseat. I am so impressed! He is incredibly personable, and was communicative throughout the whole process from scheduling to drop off and pickup. We will definitely be using him for our detailing needs in the future, and we highly recommend him!”
“Never, have I ever, had better customer service than I received here from a lady named Katelyn! I was having a terrible day and she was so polite, courteous and professional. I've been to plenty of car washes in my life however because of the kindness of this employee, I will now exclusively use Whistle Express!”
“Courtney at this location did an awesome job helping me with my membership sticker issue I was having, helped me with a few other task as well, great car wash and great employees/customer service.”
“Couldn’t be more pleased. Took our pick up truck here and the gentleman were absolutely first class in the way they took care of us and our automobile. Highly recommend. You can trust these guys with your oversized vehicle cleaning needs. Don’t forget to leave them a tip for all their hard work.”
“I know I’m very late with this review but I want to thank the employees that work in ModWash 07/10/26. I was out of state and they were able to help me get some car fresheners to take with me because I love their car fresheners. They were so helpful and nice to assist.
BEST CARWASH LOCATION”
“Our 5th wheel rv is seven years old and had not been well cared for by the previous owner. The roof had obviously been exposed to a lot of tree debris and was filthy. We called him on a Monday and he came out Wednesday. I told him we did not expect perfection due to the condition of the trailer, however the finished job was impressive. The roof in particular was much cleaner than I had expected, and he navigated a lot of obstacles to get the job done. I thought his pricing was more than fair. We will be using him again.”
“Love this car wash, where they still brush your car wheels and windows before you go in! My car comes out cleaner than any other car wash. Amanda is awesome. She’s friendly and very helpful, making sure you had a good experience. Love it!”
“Excellent Price, Excellent Staff, Expertly maintained vacuum area. We bring our fleet vehicles through here about 12 cars a week and I’ve never had a problem with the wash, vacuums, or had to wait on a spot. The management is doing a great job with their workers. Vacuum area is always clean and smiles on faces when coming through, even when we come on rainy days.”
“Very friendly and got right on us as soon as we pulled into the lot, even though we'd originally told them we'd be there hours sooner. It did take about 2 hours but that was expected.”
“First time here and doogan was super nice and also very helpful explaining the membership and the washes offered. After I got my wash he even came by and cleaned off my windows and lights he needs a raise asap!!”

“This is by far one of the best self-service car washes I’ve used. The bays were very clean, and all of the hoses were in great condition with no annoying kinks while washing. They offered multiple wash options, including tire cleaner, regular wash soap, and a wax for the final rinse. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the experience was quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality car wash.”
“I have my truck and wife's suv done here often. Exteriors always great and wax lasts. Yet, consistently the dash area is not very well cleaned. possibly attention to quality controle would be something to consider.
BTW, all staff members are highly cordial / friendly and the facility is clean. Fun to chatt with other customers in the benches.
Pricing is fair / competitive.”
“I had the BEST Customer Service Experience today!
When I was trying to decide on a package and expressed my concern for my extremely dirty wheels JESSICA said “I will help you!” She sat on the cold ground and went beyond to help me get my car ready. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her help on a cold overcast and windy day! Thank you Jessica!”
“I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about the detailing job Lex did. My suv was in rough shape from the dogs and kids and when I got it back from him it looked and smelled like a brand new car. His knowledge and attention to detail really showed. I will definitely be bringing it back for regular cleanings.”
“They were about to close within 30 min and took my car! When they finished, my car shined like a new penny! If come to Chattanooga from Atlanta and wanted to get the bugs off before compiling more on my way home. I will return next I'm in town! Friendly and professional!”
“I would give five stars, but the Ooltewah location Is always closed. 3rd time this week I have tried to use it but there are cones up before 6pm. Does this location close earlier than Internet states? Am I missing something?”

“One of the few car washes you can do yourself. Good people I thought I had money taken off a machine I called the number on the door they answered went through the cameras with me thank goodness nobody did take anything but they did take the time of actually going through and looking and making sure that nobody did. Ones again thank you for going through and checking.💯👍”
“Madison did a awesome job on my baby. She looks like the day I bought it. Im highly pleased. Definitely if your looking for a great detail on your ride. Stop in, he will take car of you and your ride.”
“AMAZING best hand wash in Chattanooga!! Above and beyond and so reasonably priced. Pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about customer service. I have used hamilton place car wash and it is pitiful the service that they give. I highly recommend giving Skip your business!!”
“I've worked for one other carwash and detail business AND I must say: Hands down??, Steve's is ABSOLUTELY the GREATEST in the City, possibly Statewide??♂️☝? learn something new everyday. Everything is ABOVE AND BEYOND TOP NOTCH. Thank you IMMENSELY for giving me the opportunity.? ??♂️???????????‼️”
“We had our Toyota Highlander detailed yesterday and could not be happier with the results. Will Patterson really went above and beyond and did a GREAT job. We didn't think a 12 year old vehicle could look so good! Please let Will know that it was due to his effort that we are so pleased.”
“Much better than Apollo. Who took away all of the great cleaning stuff, and left weak soapy water. Terrible idea. $3.00 to start. They lost my business after 15 years.
R & B knows the value of effectiveness.”
“They were on it! Called on a Saturday morning looking for motor home tires and they had them in stock. We tried calling 7 places before calling PCT and nobody else had them. They were ready for us when we arrived, put the new tires on and we were back on the road! Thank you George and crew for taking care of us!”

“I have used many different car wash companies before as I like to take care of my vehicles and keep them clean. Scenic Suds has always been the best and most consistent wash. They have some of the best customer service with Kayden being an energetic and welcoming addition to their team. Scenic Suds is our “Go To” carwash choice!”
