My experience with Kooper and the manager, Tyler Jackson, was very positive. There was a misunderstanding and they did everything they could to rectify the situation. Tyler went above and beyond to help me. Lesson learned on my part to not jump to conclusions! Thanks guys for your professionalism!

What a great experience! Shawn and Adrian took such great care of us. Adrian quickly got our bad tire swapped out (y’all get that warranty!!) and then he let us know our spare was not in good condition and got us a great deal on a replacement. Thank you Adrian! We appreciate you! God bless!
