Today, I found myself in a stressful situation when I discovered that my tire needed to be replaced just minutes before the store was scheduled to close. I was preparing to make the drive back home to Tennessee, and the thought of getting on the road with an unsafe tire was incredibly concerning.

Despite it being only about five minutes before closing time, Aiden immediately stepped up and took charge of the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my safety. Instead of rushing me out the door or asking me to come back another day, he listened to my situation, assessed the problem, and coordinated with his team to make sure I was taken care of.
