I’m on my husbands google. My name is Whitney but I had to put a review! This is the best place to come to. They are kind, caring, and compassionate and really care about your safety!! Sean is who helped me out today and he was just a big blessing! He was so nice and caring!! I’ll never go to another place to get a tire!! This will be where I will come to for life!! Thank yall so much!! You truly don’t meet people who actually care much in this world but I felt cared for here! Best tire place!! Highly recommend! 10/10 stars!!!!!

We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we needed 4 new tires. Discount tire had a great selection and the employees are very knowledgeable. We even had our windshield wipers replaced, as they noticed wear. Gave a great price for those as well. A great experience

Went to have a front end alignment checked and also get tires they recommended. Called before I went to ask if I needed to make an appointment and was told no they could get to it with no problem. Went straight there to get everything done and was given a time which they should be done. Approximately 1 hour and 30 mins.
Waited for over 2 hours and still never moved car or mentioned anything to me about why it was taking so long. So I asked for my keys back so I could leave and asked why did I need my keys and then said oh you should be next in line. I told them I could not wait another 45 mins to get done. Was a huge waste of time over 2 hours all for nothing. Thanks discount tire.

Personal items were stolen out of my truck. The manager was not concerned and very condescending when he was informed of what had happened. It took corporate being contacted and multiple other customers calling the branch, informing them that they would no longer be receiving business from them before there was an attempt made to make things right. The store did eventually refund the cost of the service that I had paid for which was greater than the cost of what was stolen. But because of the way things were handled by management of the branch I will never be a customer again and I will prevent as many people as possible from ever being a customer.

Hayden and the team at DT took great care of me today. I ordered 4 tires and made an appt to get them installed. Got a call when the tires came in (early) and offered to take me as a walk in. Hayden met me at the door, jumped right on it, and the install only took 23 minutes. I didn't even have time to finish shopping at Lowes... When I returned, Hayden met me outside with my receipt. Fantastic service!
