“Always have loved a Dollar General, you all always have a clean and friendly store! I had a cashier named TRISH today, she was amazing. The care she took checking my groceries and making sure the meat was with the meat and the cleaning supplies all stayed in their spot- together. She was an absolute sweetie and gem!!! “Nothing wrong with this little store! Some great find, it's pretty clean and the staff is always very friendly. They keep the aisles clean and it's very easy to shop and find some good stuff. It's in a very convenient location with ample parking and lots of other stores around to go spend more money.”

“I just wanted to say that the gentleman Jaylin (JB), that works here, has absolutely amazing integrity, and is highly customer oriented. I brought my mother here for some snacks, used the restroom, and my mom lost 20$. He found and returned it to her as we were sitting in the parking lot awaiting her ride.”
“This is my neighborhood “last minute/oops I forgot/emergency items” shopping spot. It’s so convenient to have in Chickamauga. The employees are ALWAYS attentive, helpful and friendly. I shop here often and have never had a negative customer service experience. The staff always treats me and my children with respect and hospitality. Like all Dollar General stores, they have a huge selection in a small store so it can get a bit cluttered but the staff at this location is always willing to help me find anything I’m looking for.”

“It's better than has been for a while. The employees are much nicer as well :) They have also been stocking more merch and they don't leave the freight where it blocks the aisles either.
I gave 4 stars bc most of the time I go in to buy meds and they are out of it like 70% of the time.

“Dollar General is a great place to shop. It has the things Walmart would have, but on a smaller neighborhood store friendly kind of way. Your staff get to know you and know your routines, so they are able to help you better than in such a huge store. I love my neighborhood, DG.”
“This place seems pretty clean for a Family Dollar. It has a great location with plenty of parking. They do have propane exchanges outside. This place had plenty of great clearance items. Oh, and most importantly, the person greeted me as I walked in, which was nice. Additionally, this place carries air filters for your house in case you’re in need for those.”

“The older lady that helped me today about 1:00 pm was priceless.. They were having an unannounced clearance sale. The prices were not coming up on the FD app. Kindly she scanned about 25 items for me without hesitation!! I was do thankful for her!!! I was on Hwy 58 near Birchwood pike in Harrison Tennessee. This lady was a real jewel!! Thank you so much!!”
“The workers are amazing, and the store usually has the thing I came for. The isles are always clean, and the store has a good aesthetic from the outside. Also, all of the workers are very kind and are happy to help. #5starDG”
“Fully stocked, clean and organized and I'm always greeted when I come in. I prefer this location over the downtown location which is closer to my job. The difference between the two is night and day.”

“Not bad for a quick stop. Had a good amount of beauty products but very limited. There was only a few face lotions to pick from. But its clean and the staff was super friendly.”
“I don't know if it's due to lack of products on the trucks coming in, understaffed or just employees that aren't thrilled over their jobs. Many shelves were bare, disheveled, unorganized. I saw one gentleman taking things from a U-boat to place on the shelves. He didn't seem overly happy about either being there or his job. He wasn't rude, and I did observe him help an elderly cpl. Yet, his vibe said all that was needed. The cashier was nice, and seemed chipper enough. This isn't the 1st time I've been to this particular store & found the shelves in a terrible shape. I go to several Dollar Trees due to the great deals that can be found, when products are out to find. This particular store could use a renovation for sure. The employees could most likely use either more hourly pay or hours. I get why they work them as they do. Yet, when they see employees miserable. They should do better & create a better environment for their staff. Between the staff & customers. That's how they stay open. ?☺️”
“Always well stocked with a friendly & helpful staff. You can find almost everything here & it's a quick in & out. Problem is, you go in meaning to just grab one thing but by the time you reach the checkout you've found at least 10 other items you "need". A very convenient store & the prices are great.”

“Visit this morning in Ringgold on Nashville st was going to purchase a bouquet of flowers that I thought were on sale for $5 but rang up $12 and boss couldn’t change the price so I was really disappointed and couldn’t spend $12 on flowers for myself so I left and as I was getting into car boss called me back into store and gave me the flowers!!!! That made my day and brought tears to my eyes!! Thank you so much for making my day!!! Just proves there are kind people in this world”
“The first time I went into this store they were getting a new manager. The store looked horrible but I thought well they are getting a new manager we'll see.. I have been coming here for several months now and the store looks better and better everytime I come in. Kudos to the new manager who has came into the store and totally turned it around!! I think more people need to give this location another chance I know it has had a bad rep for a long time but just give it one more try!!”

“This Dollar tree was surprisingly clean. The staff is always very friendly, especially my cashier who always tells me about rock and roll facts and what kind of cool socks he's wearing. The checkout time was quick. My only complaint is that they never have all of the fun things that I see. Other stores have online but I'm going to chop that up to the size and productivity of this location”
