“Can we just start with expectations here first? This would not be a five star review for any other store than a dollar tree. As long as you know what you’re going into and have reasonable expectations this place will be fine. Expectations like this “ I’m looking for a place that has close to what I’m looking for” I don’t care that the place isn’t clean and there are boxes and carts everywhere, their likely will not be anyone available to check me out until standing in line for five minutes, and whatever I buy here is not going to last long. When you have those reasonable expectations in mind you may have a five star experience here. I mean it’s a dollar tree and it’s 2025, hey at least someone is showing up for work and the place doesn’t smell like weed!”
“As always, THIS store is always clean, neat and well organized. You can actually walk down the aisle on any given day without dodging boxes. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked with toilet paper. Management and staff are very friendly and willing willingly help you find items.”
“This place seems pretty clean for a Family Dollar. It has a great location with plenty of parking. They do have propane exchanges outside. This place had plenty of great clearance items. Oh, and most importantly, the person greeted me as I walked in, which was nice. Additionally, this place carries air filters for your house in case you’re in need for those.”
“We come here often. They have really great prices. We buy party items, plastic ware, picture frames, cheap cookware. Don't pass up their frozen foods. The pocket sandwiches are great tasting.”
“It's better than has been for a while. The employees are much nicer as well :) They have also been stocking more merch and they don't leave the freight where it blocks the aisles either.
I gave 4 stars bc most of the time I go in to buy meds and they are out of it like 70% of the time.

“I would have given 5stars but the store is a little bit unorganized..other than that the staff is friendly and seem well stocked ..I think they may just need a few more employees to help with the organization BUT OVERALL A NICE STORE AND ALL THE STAFF IVE EVER TALKED TO WERE MORE THAN POLITE AND WILLING TO HELP FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR”
“This is the most well organized, well stocked, and cleanest Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Whoever is managing this store is doing a great job. This is my 'go-to' Dollar Tree in the Chattanooga area.”
“I had an issue this morning with placing an order but due to the system they never received it. Store manager was wonderful helping me get that canceled and refunding super quickly”
“This particular Dollar General Store has everything that you need. They have one whole aisle where the products are all $1.00. The employees are kind and helpful as well. Always having great sales. We'll worth going to. Especially if you live on a budget.”

“So lately this store has been amazing. I noticed a larger supply of food, dog food and toys, household items, and novelty items. Its clean, has friendly staff, and great prices.”
“I don't know if it's due to lack of products on the trucks coming in, understaffed or just employees that aren't thrilled over their jobs. Many shelves were bare, disheveled, unorganized. I saw one gentleman taking things from a U-boat to place on the shelves. He didn't seem overly happy about either being there or his job. He wasn't rude, and I did observe him help an elderly cpl. Yet, his vibe said all that was needed. The cashier was nice, and seemed chipper enough. This isn't the 1st time I've been to this particular store & found the shelves in a terrible shape. I go to several Dollar Trees due to the great deals that can be found, when products are out to find. This particular store could use a renovation for sure. The employees could most likely use either more hourly pay or hours. I get why they work them as they do. Yet, when they see employees miserable. They should do better & create a better environment for their staff. Between the staff & customers. That's how they stay open. ?☺️”

“I love the engery that the staff gives the customers when they shopping or coming into the store. Mrs. Kathy is very sweet and she always interacts with her customers and she knows her customers by name always have a smile on her face never rude”

I had visited two other locations requesting help with the Dollar General App and was unable to get the help I needed. Today I had a great shopping experience. Thank you so much Alex and Jackie.”
“Great employees and for the most part great customers, which in turn probably has a huge impact on the stock levels of said establishment. With that being said, please Mr. DGX, would it be feasible to order two trucks, so that I may only give my money to y'all?”
“Used to be a really bad dollar tree with rude, lazy employees always on their phone and real hostile, getting an attitude with u and snapping at u for no reason, but a lot of the new hires are really fantastic. Dell and Kimberly, to name a few. Keep it up.”

“Customer service is always wonderful at this location. No matter what kind of a mood I might be in when I arrive, the employees always seem to make it a better one. Just seeing them smiling at me and always being friendly and very kind always seems to put me in a better mood and I end up leaving there smiling. Keep up the amazing kindness and I will continue coming back everytime.”
“I went in the store today and it have did a completely turn around everything well. Put together and the workers was very helpful I don't know what happened but y'all need to keep up the good work now you just need to work on keeping them bombs from hanging out in the front begging for money every time you going in the store”
“Normally use this store. It's been the cleanest and friendliest one in the area for a long time. Went in yesterday and was very disappointed in the condition of the store. Products strewn all over the floor in every isle. Many shelves bare, messy, and covered with packaging trash. This was not due to a pandemic or weather related event. This was not due to holiday restocking. Hoping they are just temporarily short handed and will recover soon....??”

“The recent remodel has made the store look good. Also, they have better staffing and coverage. Items can run out of stock quick through the week, so a good idea to go earlier in the week when they just had a truck.”

“I brought a balloon in Nashville. On my way! To Atlanta the balloon deflated. I called and spoke to Amy who honored refilling the balloon. Once I arrived at the store she decided to give me a new balloon instead. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO TIER!!! Thank you Amy. The store was clean and stocked..cashiers were friendly and helpful :)”
