The gracious lady who received my dry cleaning and laundry was exceptionally kind, educational and thorough. She knew in a heartbeat the quality of care needed for my family tablecloth inherited from our Great Grandsir and Grand Ma'am. She is a professional who gave me the reassurance of their care for such a rare and vintage linen originally from Scotland. Everything brought in will be ready after the end of the weekend and in plenty of time before needed. I am eager to bring more to this fine person and the company she represents.”

“I have tried multiple dry cleaners in town, and for over a year now I drive way out of the way to go to them. I have not had one issue in that time with my custom made dress shirts, suits, or tux. They have been ready on time, which I really appreciate since I'm driving way out of the way each time, but they have been worth it. Every where else I've tried things came back damaged, extra creases pressed in, wrinkled, and covered in excessive lint; however, here my items are clean and properly pressed every time.”

“They got my husbands suit dry cleaned very quickly and for a very reasonable price. It was perfect. They have multiple locations in Chattanooga which is great for convenience, just make sure you go to the right one”
“It's a decent enough laundromat but some of the washers are a B to take the dang quarters. I wish more laundromats had card readers. Otherwise, it's fine and finishes my laundry quickly. Machines are standard prices comparatively”
“Clean, quiet and with a selection of different sized machines to match your price range. Attendant was on site and seemed friendly. Plus the whole place DID have a greater, general 'feeling of safety ' that other local laundromats don't provide. ?”
“My wife had a white coat that was turned in on Tuesday and suppose to be cleaned by Thursday. Went by Fri to pick it up and it was not ready. We were leaving town on Sunday and my wife needed her coat. Chris McWayne on her on time tracked down the issue at the main office. She personally on her own time went to get the coat and brought it back to E. Brainerd shop for pickup by my wife. This was way above the call of duty, and we really appreciated Chris' can do attitude to get the job done.”

“This place was nice, all the washers and dryers worked for us! Doesn't look like the photos you see in the reviews anymore, all the signs/posters are taken down and the walls are painted white.
A little pricey, compared to what we've seen in other states. The regular top load washers were $4.50 and charge you an additional 25¢+ depending on how hot you want the water and how soiled the clothes are. I'm used to top load washers being $2.00, so it was just a big price difference to me, but that was in Wyoming and North Dakota - so no hate here.
Dryers run about 12 minutes and take a dollar to start. So not your usual add 25¢ per however many minutes. (I think the last laundromat I went to was 25¢ per 7 minutes.)
ATM and coin machine worked fine for us, we got $20 in quarters.
Looks like a good place for kiddos too, there's vending machines and some arcade games.
Again, nice laundromat, good atmosphere, and worked for what we needed. Just a little pricey for us personally. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other laundromats in the local area. Thanks for your business. :)”
