Sent to 3 different aisles for an attic fan. Two of the associates I asked continued their social visit, now store. I finally found it myself on a 4th aisle using the online app. Lately on multiple occasions, the online app is more helpful than in person. I hope AI doesn't take over intelligent customer service.
