“This little place does the business. The line is sometimes long but considering they're only one or two people working at a time they do their best to keep things moving @ a steady pace. Props to the men and women who put in the time to make this USPS location work efficiently and with good attitudes.”

“I’ve been using the Graysville post office for about 25 years. I’ve been through quite a few post masters and clerks at this location and I have never had the high level of customer service I have received since Norman took over. Norman takes the time on each visit to make sure that I feel important to the USPS and ensure that everything I need is addressed. If there was a way to give Norman a rating higher than 5 stars I absolutely would! I hate to broadcast this little know secret location but if you are within a 30 minute drive of this office I would recommend you stop using your local location and switch to Graysville and Norman.”
“I regularly ship out items I sell online and this post office is always super quick. In and out in 2 minutes. Workers are always friendly and know exactly what’s going on. Even my mail lady is awesome. Never throws my stuff around and always is pleasant. If you need to mail out something, this is the place to do it and worth the drive. Don’t waste your time with the ones in Chattanooga.”
“I love this post office. The employees are always very polite and welcoming. It's my favorite post office. They hold my packages due to high package theft in my area, they've never seemed upset when I have had multiple packages to pick up, and it's overall a great USPS location.”
“This is a busy post office located near the intersection of Market and Frazier Avenue in Chattanooga. Great service from a high volume area. Use caution when pulling into or out of the parking area since it's a one way road with pedestrians and drivers not paying attention.”

“They are typically not too busy. When there has been a line they are as quick as they can be but still get you everything you need. They have put up dividers for Covid-19 protection and have the standard spots marked on the floor for social distancing. Easy in and out access to the parking lot and ample parking.”
“Good place to pick up and deliver freight. Arrived early, around 6, and the appointment was at 11, so they allowed me to sleep in the yard until I was ready to load. It's hectic during the holiday season, but they made sure I had enough freight to get paid.”
