“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

“Need a mover? This guy has local people to work. Price compared to others almost half. His guys that he knows shows up. The guys that showed up worked for 5 hours steady. My wife and I had 2 very small kids to watch as well. They worked with us to get moved. We bought lunch for them because we felt as hard as they were going it was the least we could do. We also rented a unit from them. We will be using them again. Owner is nice and easy to talk business with. Actually look forward to have them come back because we know they'll work. Best moving experience we've had.”

The double doors in the back were hard to open. The would stick. Other than that. Everything was wonderful, especially your staff. They were very helpful and informative. “My mom called me frantically from out of town because she got a notification that she hadn’t locked her storage unit back properly. I figured it was a long shot since I didn’t have any real information like unit numbers or entry codes but, since I was already in the area, I decided to stop in and see what I could do to fix things. YALL. These ladies were WONDERFUL. They saw me coming and held the door open. I explained why I was there and they IMMEDIATELY recognized who my mother was and what needed to happen. One lady patiently entertained my preschooler with a smile while the other helped me get my mom sorted. They cut the lock off, which, by the way, was like watching an episode of Charlie’s Angels, and gave me a replacement lock for free. I walked away with new keys, peace of mind for my mom, a happy kid (which, this type of errand should have left her bored, hot, and MISERABLE so that’s a miracle in itself), and an overall positive experience. They will definitely be my first recommendation to friends. Don’t sleep on Extra Space Storage in Fort O! Truly Storage Angels.”
