“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

“We were travelling from Canada on our way to Fort Lauderdale when our truck broke down in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We had a trailer & our two dogs with us, one very elderly. We found out that our truck needed a part that hasn't been available for months in all of North America! We called late in the day on a Friday, my husband spoke to Louis, he said there was a work truck, and could we get there by 5pm. Well, we hit traffic, under stress, couldn't find it, I called and Louis and he said don't worry I will wait for you. We got to have our wonderful vacation because of Louis, words cannot describe how grateful we are to him. We had to keep the truck and drive it back to Michigan. The compassion, expertise, knowledge & genuine goodness of Louis & Aaron is beyond expectation. The Enterprise Team truly are "Guardians Of The Galaxy"! xo”

“Great customer service!! Three months ago I rented a trailer to drive to Arizona. I recently needed to do the trip again, but in reverse. The Phoenix U-Haul rep. mistakenly placed the return at the store and not in TN. I got to TN and realized I did not have a drop off location. I called U-Haul customer service and was quoted over 2400 the first time, and the second time over 1200. I was able to return the call tailer to the Broad St. location and the woman (missed her name) at the front desk was very understanding and helped resolve the mistake made. We are very appreciative of her and her help! I will absolutely rent from this location in the future.”
