“Comfortable, sparkling clean room in the building next to the check-in location. Even the filters in the room A/C unit were absolutely clean (pet peeve; I always check). Bed was nice, wireless was strong even while streaming, bathroom was spotless and we had adequate towels and washcloths for our needs. Free laundry was a big plus for travelers who'll be staying longer than our two nights, and there's an elevator for those with mobility challenges. The staff was beyond awesome; Natalie and Melinda at the front desk and Stephanie (breakfast) made us feel like family and no request was too small. Very happy with our decision to stay here and we will be back.
Update: Happy to report that nothing has changed two years later. Our room was spotlessly clean and every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely top notch; fresh and hot (even at 9:50 am) and exceeds many, if not all, complimentary breakfasts we've had at other facilities. Room amenities are great, and the refrigerator is large enough to actually be useful. We had a wonderful stay!”
