“I had to stop myself before finishing looking at even half of the store. I kept seeing this, that and the other: things I had no need for but just wanted! After all-it was only a dollar per item ! But I began to realize how quickly multiple items add up. 40 items is $40 ! So I put back much of what I had picked up thus reducing my total bill.I am way too delighted this store is local and handy !”

“We went there to get some Amonia to clean the carpets with. They didn't have any, so I decided to substitute all purpose cleaning vinegar instead. When we got home I mixed the vinegar and water and put it in the Bissell quick steamer and started to clean the carpets, but the machine malfunctioned and didn't vacuum up the vinegar. It made the whole house smell like vinegar for about three hours, and kind of ruined my day! I think maybe the fates were trying to tell me something. Not Dollar General's fault though. Everyone there was very polite and did their job like you would expect. I will definitely go there again!”
