“These facilities are well maintained and they always have carts available to use to help with your loading and unloading. The management staff is great and helpful and friendly and kind.The only reason I can’t give them a 5 star rating is because their rates rise every 6 months to a year, sometimes both.”

“I went through the website and found the perfect storage locker I needed for all of my extra stuff, and it was SO EASY!! Once I got confirmation, I went in person the next day to check out the climate controlled space & again, SUPER EASY!! They were extremely helpful, and the process was quick. They even give you a welcome bag with a lock & set of keys!! 10/10 would recommend!!”
“I called this facility because I was in need of a unit quickly! I started the process online and ended up having to call the actual location. The Associate was so pleasant, kind and helpful. Then I got to the location to unload and noticed I didn’t have my gate code; the associate working — happily stepped in, got my code and ensured I got to my unit with ease. What a GREAT, Customer focused facility. I’m so happy I choose this location..be sure to use them when in need!”

“Just moved down from ATL, and was nervous about the online rental but it was actually super easy and convenient especially since I had to do a 2 hour drive to get there but was able to unload after hours thank god ! Came in today to finish the process ( just show ID and get gate code ) young lady at the front was friendly :) I appreciate you guys”

“Had to go here for a work related thing. The entire staff was very helpful and easy to work with. They have plenty of storage for anything you may have both covered and not. They are the only storage facility in the area I know that does not require a vehicle to be running to store it. Just has to have tires to be able to move into place.”
“I love this Storage Master, the staff are all AMAZING, the rates are Amazing, and the Cleanliness is AMAZING. I never feel like I’m gonna get jumped when I need something late at night. I’m in the business of needing things from my unit a couple times a week and it never feels like a hassle. Only thing I would improve is a way to light the units, I do find myself having to use my phones flash light to see sometimes.”

Columbus Georgia 31904 were an amazing help, extremely pleasant, and managed to have me set up with my new Climate controlled storage Unit very quickly, I also have to add that the storage units at this facility are the most upkept units I have rented! This is what, “ I WANT YOUR BUSINESS” looks like along with having empathy and common courtesy. The customer service and interaction that I have with a business or person is how I decide to do business and spend my dollars.
