“I wanted windshield wiper blades I never been in the store. I went in looking to see someone I heard a voice asking May I HELP YOU? I told him what I needed he looked them up on the computer but told me in a very nice way but we don't put them on and took me outside to show me how. I have put some on before but not now I'm a to OLD WOMAN I really appreciate him being so kind from there I went to McCormick shop the young man put them on. A blessing to meet two very helpful people in Franklin.”

“These guys saved my life. I was driving across country when my vehicle started acting very strange, now Daddy didn't raise no fool! I can change a tire, check the oil, I look at the temp gauge and the RPM'S but, this was something beyond my expertise. Also my stereo had stopped working about 5 miles into my trip and me alone with my thoughts for 20+ hours is dangerous. I pulled off the highway into a cute little town called Hogansville in the state of Georgia and was immediately told by the (also super nice) owner of the local hardware store to go to Bumper to Bumper they were the only mechanics he would ever trust to work on his vehicles. Unfortunately it was 20 til 5 pm and the closed at 5. Most operations would have been like; "sucks to be you sister! Bye Felicia!" but, not these incredibly friendly and caring folks. Jason (one of the talented mechanics who works there) took the time and care to go over my engine with a fine tooth comb. He figured out the problem (I won't mention what it was because it negates one of my previous reviews & it was an honest mistake and it could've happened to anyone) and he fixed it. Then well after he could have left to go home from work he checked out my stereo because he felt my no-music pain. Unfortunately the stereo was a piece of junk that just crapped out on me and couldn't be fixed. The grand total for my repairs was $2.25. I am seriously considering moving to Hogansville, GA.! Thank you so much to Jason and the amazing staff at Bumper to Bumper!!!!! I love you!”
