I mostly use online banking and the one time I need to call, I couldn’t get anyone to the phone. I guess I will not be coming by this branch.

Extremely long wait times. Walk ins are not handled in order of walking in. Appointment times are not kept. I will be closing my account rather than waiting ever again here.
