Horrible Customer Service!! Over an hour just to send a wire.. (probably longer, I left after a hour without anyone being able to help me.. and the bank was empty..This place stinks!

By far the biggest waste of time. What should’ve been a 5 min transaction turned into 1.5 hours. To top it off, the teller next to mine getting an attitude halfway through the conversation that didn’t include her. Completely understand why their review score is low.
