“Reserved the vehicle, checked in online, picking up the vehicle was only a 10 minute wait. They did offer a smaller class vehicle to avoid the 10 minute wait, but I passed. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The vehicle could've been cleaner: exterior looked like highway driving debris, inside windshield had a foggy residue that impaired night vision and early morning driving.”
