Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides car rentals from thousands of locations, including airport and Gainesville sites, serving customers in Georgia and over 30 countries worldwide. The business emphasizes a Standard of Care backed by 65 years of experience and exceptional customer service, with easy booking online or through its app. Reviews of the Gainesville location highlight both exceptional service and occasional administrative issues. One customer experienced significant delays with vehicle pickup and receipt processing after an accident, which hindered insurance reimbursement for a 39-day rental. However, speaking directly with a staff member resolved the issue immediately, with the receipt provided the same day. That staff member was later commended for remembering the customer, bending over backwards, and providing excellent, professional, and knowledgeable service with a smile during a subsequent rental. Other reviews consistently praise the Gainesville team. Staff are described as very considerate, flexible, friendly, professional, courteous, and empathetic, especially when working with customers and insurance companies during stressful times, including family emergencies. The team is noted for quickly providing a vehicle in a crisis. The vehicles are reported to be always in great shape, and the pickup and drop-off process is painless. Customers highly recommend this location for its fabulous service, stating the staff goes above and beyond and does the right thing.
