I would give more than 5 stars if it would let me because of Ashley who has helped us tremendously with getting dishes! She is so knowledgeable! Her customer service is way above 5 stars! I’ll follow her wherever she goes!

This was our dog's first grooming. I have groomed her for years at home, but she's gotten older and it's harder for her to stand in the shower or get in the tub. They were concerned she might get stressed, so I was fine with them towel drying her, but specifically asked that her paws be shaved out because she kept slipping on her floor. I picked up a damp dog and took her home. When she was dry her fur was coarse, dry and she was itching. Two of her four paws were shaved out; a front and back paw on one side. The other side was not. It says if they sprayed her with the hose and did nothing else. I do believe maybe her nails were trimmed I think. I understand that I wanted the basic service of just shampoo nail trim etc, but I question whether they did even that. I have just revised her with an oatmeal bath to cut down on the itching. She has a lot of dry skin. Won't go back

Everytime I come to this place give me a hard time because of the breed of my dog, yes he’s a bully and he gets anxious and sees other dogs and wants to play with them..(waiting over 30 min) when your asking me for vaccination, (that’s on file) after I been coming to the store for 2yrs with the same dog. Meanwhile everyone else is checked right in with no problems with smaller dogs. I feel profiled every time I come here

Our dog been going since he was 4 months. He's 19 months. We called to schedule a bath and nails trimmed. The lady thought she hung the phone up and was just talking crazy about our dog. Now who want to take their dog there after hearing someone act one way on the phone and differently when you leave your dog. Be careful

Friendly staff, always answering questions but the fish I'm after are hardly ever stocked in they're tanks. Had to go elsewhere but all in all great pets mart location

I can’t explain or even start to describe how mad I am. They shaved my dog’s leg and proceeded to call me to say “she’s too vicious”. I rescued this pup off the street and she had some tangled her on her belly. So they proceeded to tell me “your dog’s hair is too much and she’s in SOOOOOO much pain!” So they recommended me to take her to the vet. But in all reality I spoke to the store manager and the lead employee for the grooming department wasn’t there. If you can’t get qualified employees that can cut hair don’t have them working. She’s a 5 pound mini shitzu that is harmless and her bites don’t even hurt. I can pinch my skin harder than she can bite. This PetSmart should have not done that and if I could’ve I would’ve given them negative stars.

Sammi in the grooming salon is amazing!! She has been grooming our dogs for years now and we will never go to anyone else. Our pups always smell and feel so fresh after seeing Sammi. She gives them so much love and care and makes them EXCITED to go get a haircut. She handles them so amazingly and treats them like her own. She also knows us and our dogs and our family members by name which is such a nice touch; she genuinely cares about her clients and remembers them and their “pawrents”! She is so professional, kind, and caring and I would recommend ANYONE to go see Sammi no matter how far. She is worth it!!! ❤️

Ask for Sammi!! She is the best groomer we have had in our 10 years of having Havanese pups! She is also kind and loving to our pups.

took my 9 month old puppy in numerous times to get a hair cut. I always scheduled for the earliest time slot, that way I could pick him up early and he was tired and not energetic for the hair cut.. came to find out he would sit in the crate they have for about 2-3 hours. a 9 month old puppy cannot sit in a crate without getting in a playful mood when he comes out, they would always call me that he was “viciously” biting the groomers and they were never able to finish his haircuts. another issue i had is they would always send him home when he would use the bathroom while in the crate, once again he was in the crate for 2-3 hours so of course he had to use the bathroom (they claimed it was due to stress). the last time i picked him up they told me to stop bringing him there because he was too vicious for them and too hyper.

I took my senior dog, Missy, to be groomed at the PetSmart in Gainesville. Sammi was the groomer assigned, she loved on my baby doing the check in and asked a lot of questions. Senior dogs need a little extra TLC and I felt Missy got that today. Her groom was especially good as well, a smooth cut with good legs and ears. Missy looked so good, she even had bows for her ears. I hope to get Sammi for the next grooming.
