Hours: QuikTrip #1710 at 3522 White Sulphur Rd is a convenience store and gas station that emphasizes friendly customer service. The staff members are generally polite and work to provide a good experience, with some employees standing out for their friendliness and positive attitude. One employee was especially well-liked for greeting customers with a smile and even by name, highlighting the importance of good customer service at this location. The store is clean and well-lit, with a new facility that offers a variety of food options from QT Kitchens®. Customers can enjoy fresh pizza by the slice, X-large and personal pizzas, soft pretzels, sub sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, and breakfast pizza. For drinks, the store has a fountain with over 30 soda and tea flavors, along with frozen drinks and QuikShakes. However, there are some issues noted by customers. Orders can sometimes be incorrect, with missing or unwanted toppings on pizzas and pretzels. There are concerns about cleanliness, especially regarding the doughnut area, where tubs appeared unclean and potentially contaminated. Food quality is appreciated when correct, but food safety practices seem inconsistent. Prices are considered high, although occasional app deals are available. The store lacks certain amenities for truck drivers, such as showers, driver lounges, or laundry facilities, which could improve the experience for over-the-road customers. Overall, QuikTrip #1710 is praised for its friendly staff and clean environment, with standout employees like Brandon and Angel ensuring good service. Improvements in order accuracy, food safety, and additional driver amenities could make this location even better.
