“I've been using Byrds mini storage for over 10 years now, I was in the Dawsonville jack heard drive when we moved to Gainesville I made sure to use them again based on my experience with them. I sell on line so I needed Larger unit my only problem is there is too much humidity I have to use a lot of moisture absorber to keep it dry (behind McDonald's ). I have a second unit passed McDonald's humidity level is always within acceptable range. I will give 5 star for the staff most specially Ms Ann. If not for the humidity level on one of my units I will surely give 5 stars. Will I use them again if I ever move? 100% yes as long as they have a facility.”

“The storage unit we rented was in a location that was in a sketchy location. It was impossible to get a moving truck up the hill. However, once you got into the building, the storage units stayed much cleaner than one of those with no climate control. The items in the unit did not get dusty and there were no pests for the four years that we used it.”

“The guy met us there as he said he would. Gave us plenty of information about everything. The unit we rented was clean and he even sprayed it with some insecticide beforehand. Very pleasant interaction. Glad we chose them!”

“Seems a ok storage. Haven't seen mice or bugs. Police may sit there at times as well, good thing. I wonder if the cameras work there a personal question. They do insurance, a plus. Gate issues but are being fixed. Why I don't 5 star, I wish there was a easier way without a vehicle to get in and out of the storage area. I've rented a unit for about a year no payment issues. It seems ok ask questions tho, like camera, mice control. I add my own perfection incase.”
