“This is the place to rent a Uhaul. I can not remember the lady's name that helped me, but she was the sweetest person I've ever met. She spoke words of such kindness that I really needed to hear. She made such an urgent, stressful day, the best part of my day just because of her kindness. Give that girl a raise ? ?”
“Truck cost $80. When I returned it I see a charge on my account for $660!!! Dude said the manager needed to look into it and it would take 24-48 hours to resolve but I never heard back. Called customer service and they fixed in two seconds because the problem was obvious. They fat fingered my mileage. Be careful with this location.
*Update: They helped resolve the issue that I had, and even helped me move my items into another storage unit when my was faulty. The manager here is solid.”
