The sales mgr(Shane?) sat behind his glass wall and glowered at me, but apparently was doing the “good cop/bad cop” routine or else he didn’t care too much about such a small deal. Whatever… The financial person (Bonnie) was pleasant and efficient. It was a slow day but we got the deal done.”

“We found a great deal on a 2020 Explorer for our son, and Clint was great to work with throughout the process. Communication was excellent, he was responsive to all of our questions, and he really helped put our minds at ease with the purchase. We had a very positive experience overall and would definitely recommend giving these guys a try if you're in the market for a used vehicle.
The only small hiccup, and the reason for 4 stars, is getting the spare key. My advice would be to make sure that's squared away before you leave, just to avoid any headaches afterward. I'm still working on getting the extra key three weeks later, but hopefully we'll have that resolved soon.
Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely consider buying from them again.”
