“Our 1993 corvette restoration project needed a clutch, water pump, distributor, oil change etc. they did excellent work; car came back running super and in excellent shape. Chris did a great job of keeping us informed of progress. Really appreciated the inspection done both before and after all service was done. Several cars from Lanier Corvettes club us Atl Speedwerks and we are all satisfied of their with the work done on our cars. Even though they advertise for a lot of imports and exotics they are great for Corvette Owners!”

They were super welcoming and although they didn’t have the part he was super helpful in helping me find a company that I could order them from! Don’t be like me and show up right when they closed but definitely when there still open!”

“I contacted the owner by email from Poland regarding a car I bought through Copart, which came without a key and had previously been serviced at his workshop. Even though the missing key couldn’t be found, I truly appreciate how helpful and professional he was. He took the time to reach out to the previous owner and tried his best to assist me, even though he had no obligation to do so. Excellent communication, honesty, and attitude — very kind and respectful person. Highly recommended!”

Amazing tread and amazing prices. Super friendly with amazing customer service. I strongly recommend this tire store, they also do brakes too!”

“We got a nail in the front tire of a Sprinter conversion camper. We were 45 min away in Helen and called every garage around and only North Hall even tried to help us. We plugged the tire ourselves, then brought it there for inspection and to swap the tire to the back. This team was awesome. The shop was more concerned with our families safety than making money. We greatly apricated them and the work they do. Every customer we saw there seemed thrilled to to business with them.”

“This shop is truly one of the most honest shops still around. I had my 2001 jeep grand cherokee Limited v8 4.7l 2wd in for diagnostics, and it is only $95 here. Meineke quoted me $144 per hour. They came back with a reliable and honest quote for the timing chain and only charged me for the diagnostics and new battery. Even though I couldn't get the repairs done, it was overall a great experience to finally know what repairs I needed that didn't break the bank. I highly recommend this automotive shop.”

“Jeffrey Jackson from the service department is truly the GOAT! He’s incredibly kind, funny, and understanding, and he takes the time to explain everything about my vehicle in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s also super funny, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Unlike many others, he never tries to upsell or overcharge, he genuinely cares about helping customers. He had me in and out in no time for my express oil change and even added a discount code before I had the chance to ask. His honesty, humor, professionalism, and outstanding customer service make me want to keep coming back to the dealership, even if it costs more, just to support him. Jeffrey absolutely deserves a raise!”

She genuinely cares about her customers and takes the time to give honest, top-notch advice about your vehicle instead of just pushing services. She's easy to talk to, friendly, and makes the whole experience stress-free. Hands down one of the best service advisors I've worked with - ask for her by name!”

“We just moved to the area and didn’t know where to find a good mechanic. I had to get a couple of recalls fixed on my vehicle and that brought me to Jim Shorkey Kia. I have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service I’ve received at the Jim Shorkey service center. I also brought my wife’s van to here to get new tires and was given a better price than they first quoted without us even asking for it. PJ has gone above and beyond what is expected at a service center and has won our family’s business.”
2581B W Dennis Dr, Gainesville GA 30507
“LC and other mechanics have done a great job on 3 of my vehicles including a Classic Bandit Transam. LC is extremely professional, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job!!! My only complaint is the front office. I have been told multiple times statements that are not true, time lines that are fabricated, and that I would be called back. Over and over I have been forgotten, ignored or put off. No more. Honestly, that is the only reason I have decided to find another mechanic.”
