“I saw them in our RV and asked them to wash out 5th wheel. We had to leave so when they were halfway done we handed them cash for the work and left. We were so surprised when we got back. Our coach looks brand new! They put armor-all on the tires and wheels shines our rims and I swear they waxed it. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.”

I've never had a problem with any of the equipment not working, vacuum machine taking my money, etc. The place is well kept (the trash isn't overflowing, no trash all over the place). The equipment is a little old, but seems like the older stuff works better anyway. They will always have my business.”

Unfortunately my car battery decided to die while going through and they were so amazing and pushed it right out, and helped jump it. She has offered to allow me to wash out my door jambs and go through the touch free wash. The managers at this establishment will be reminded of the tools they have to avoid this situation in the future. I very seldom leave a review so the fact that I’m leaving this one says a lot that I would take the time. Both Chris and Mike were useless and claimed to be managers. I put $18 in the machine which did not register. Chris opened the machine and placed all $18 back into the machine. I told Chris I had only intended to put enough in the machine to get it to work. $5 in this case. I asked for my money back and they both claimed there’s a company policy and he would lose his job if he took money from the machine. He literally had the coin dispenser open with my money in his hand and he couldn’t help me. They gave me a useless number. Needless to say I left in disgust. It’s almost comical how bad at customer service these two were. I had intended to spray out my door jambs and then purchase a touch free wash which I told Chris. They literally lost out on more of my money all because they were not empowered to do what is right. Sad”
