“* UPDATEI received a call back from a manager who was very pleasant. It is refreshing to find someone who knows customer service and had the tools to remedy my situation. She has offered to allow me to wash out my door jambs and go through the touch free wash. The managers at this establishment will be reminded of the tools they have to avoid this situation in the future. I very seldom leave a review so the fact that I’m leaving this one says a lot that I would take the time. Both Chris and Mike were useless and claimed to be managers. I put $18 in the machine which did not register. Chris opened the machine and placed all $18 back into the machine. I told Chris I had only intended to put enough in the machine to get it to work. $5 in this case. I asked for my money back and they both claimed there’s a company policy and he would lose his job if he took money from the machine. He literally had the coin dispenser open with my money in his hand and he couldn’t help me. They gave me a useless number. Needless to say I left in disgust. It’s almost comical how bad at customer service these two were. I had intended to spray out my door jambs and then purchase a touch free wash which I told Chris. They literally lost out on more of my money all because they were not empowered to do what is right. Sad”

He came out with the intention of jumping our battery (but our engine is too big and needs another big engine to jump it). He gave us a lot of tips and provided us with a lot of helpful information.”
