“Customer service was great, the lady who was helping me was very helpful and when she checked my items out was super sweet! However, the manager. When the lady had asked the manager how to apply the sale she got very annoyed and rude towards the employee. I could not catch the managers name though. Next time I’m in the store and if it happens again I’ll for sure get her name.”

- I was skeptical to go again at JC penny salon since I did have a bad experience before (it was my first time). However, I gave it another try and at this time I booked the stylist based on what I chose. I choose JADE, despite the fact that she has the highest amount to be paid for her service of all stylist on the list. I took the chance!!
To make the story short. She really is awesome! She ensures that her job is worth it. It took 2 days for us actually that I have to come back the next day since we reached to the point that the mall had to close. That marked my impression that she really did wanna do my hair in a perfect way.

“My husband had the time of his life shopping at this GAP outlet store on the last day of our GA vacation! The associates were very helpful in our navigation of the various discounts and item sizes. The manager also let us know about the option to order items online for shipping if needed sizes were not available in the store. Lizette at the cash register was very kind and patient while processing our purchases/online orders. Overall my husband walked away with 10 items (variety of slim fit pants, t-shirts, shorts, and button-up shirts) for around $200. These items would have been double the price in our hometown. What a great shopping experience!”
“I always like this place to go shopping and I have never had a complaint about its staff, I found the guy with the beard very attentive with very good attitude and always with customers, today I did not like the attitude of a As for the cashiers, I imagine that she is new and her attitude was not the best. It would be sad that she did it with other customers and the guy with the beard helped her and wanted to explain and told her in front of me that he should do it, the very attentive one. He did it but in reality I think he didn't like that we asked him a question but the best thing was to learn how to solve it. Likewise, train. I love this store, I just leave this for a note. “Good things happen to you when you do good things. I made that up but it sounds good right? I went to Macy's to return an item for my wife and buy her something else and on my way to the Macy's shoe dept I saw a pair of white on white K-Swiss... On sale absurdly low. I saw Finish Line signage and was shocked that it is inside a Macy's. Alisha greeted me and the chase was on, I asked for my size and I now own the shoes that will make me look rather dapper. Try them for yourself if you don't agree, the sale is still on going. The best part is that the Finish Line rep wasn't on commission and that means she isn't just after the sale she wants to outfit you with the best shoe to fit your style/needs. We talked about shoes for my wife and even though a shoe that I wanted wasn't in stock she preferred it to be delivered to my house. I thought that I was going to have to come back and pick them up and I didn't want to do that. Chou want shoes and not the line or hard sales? Go to this Finish Line and ask for Alisha, great service and prices.”
