Ferrell gas is a much better company. Ferrell Gas is Honorable! As a customer you can actually speak with a service Rep. here in America & experience a pleasant delivery gentleman. What an improvement!”

“Purchased $500.00 worth of propane for home delivery over 3 weeks ago and they still have not delivered. Called 5 times so far and they keep pushing back the date. After 7 years with them they have become the slumlords of propane in the area. Originally tank was at 24% and now sitting at 6% waiting for them to deliver.
Update: New management has really made big improvements. Better service and definitely better drivers.”
