“Stop allowing a customer to reserve a truck guaranteeing the reservation only to call me the day of my reservation to tell me that there isn’t a truck available.. also I was never given the $50 that is promised if your reservation is not honored I’m spending $500 a week and for the last three weeks I’ve been getting called the day of my reservation to tell me that my reservation cannot be honored.
