“Couldn’t have been more impressed with this shop, got there close to closing, they treated me like I was important, stopped what they were doing to check on my issue and immediately got it fixed. Can’t really ask for much better than that! Excited to buy my tires from them next month!”

“I bought a Santa Cruz several months ago. I was promised several things that were not delivered. I expressed my displeasure in a Google review. Within hours I was contacted by Alan Johnson, sales manager, and he asked if there was anything he could do to get me satisfied. He seemed sincere, so I decided to give 5 Star one more chance. He and Derek, service manager, went over and above to make sure the items promised were followed through with. They set an appointment and were there when I brought the car in. They even provided a car for me to drive while my car was being serviced. I have to say..These guys really care. They knew they had a very unsatisfied customer but instead of ignoring the issue, they met the issue head on and wouldn't stop until I was satisfied. Thank you 5 Star, Alan and Derek. I highly recommend these guys!!”

“Ollice and Rachel were very nice and I look forward to my next service appointment. He was such a gentleman....opening the door for me to get in and out of the vehicle. The conversation was nice as he reminisced about his grandmother. He is top notch in my book!!!”

“When I walked by in and stated my name and stated I had a 6pm appointment the guy at the desk asked who approved a 6pm appointment for you. Thought that was very rude and unprofessional. Take the time away if you don’t want anyone to book appointment at that time. Other than that the guy that did the service was professional.”
