“I bought a Santa Cruz several months ago. I was promised several things that were not delivered. I expressed my displeasure in a Google review. Within hours I was contacted by Alan Johnson, sales manager, and he asked if there was anything he could do to get me satisfied. He seemed sincere, so I decided to give 5 Star one more chance. He and Derek, service manager, went over and above to make sure the items promised were followed through with. They set an appointment and were there when I brought the car in. They even provided a car for me to drive while my car was being serviced.
I have to say..These guys really care. They knew they had a very unsatisfied customer but instead of ignoring the issue, they met the issue head on and wouldn't stop until I was satisfied. Thank you 5 Star, Alan and Derek. I highly recommend these guys!!”

Take the time away if you don’t want anyone to book appointment at that time. Other than that the guy that did the service was professional.”
