“Joe's currently working on my computer, but I really wanted to say I was impressed with his service so far. Nice guy, personable. Compared to Need A Nerd in Milledgeville, he actually listened and I feel like Im in good hands. I started to tell Need A Nerd my issue and the person behind the counter seemed more concerned with getting it in the hands of the technician. When the technician called me up, they proceeded to tell me what I was trying to tell the desk person, and that they couldn't fix it. Frustrating.”
