The main reason I took it was because the hood of my car had specks of paint or something that looked like paint and they buffed the car to get rid of all of that. My hood no longer has what it had and as previously stated they left it looking brand new.Services: Full body wash”

“Leaving a review on behalf of my mother who as she ages I’m always afraid she will be taken advantage of but I trust her with Brian’s.She had a dent in her hood. She went to Brian’s as every other body shop was closed on a Saturday. She was treated kindly to the point where an employee came in to work all the way from his house to solve her issue. And it was inexpensive. These days, it’s hard to find great and kind service so I want to always acknowledge it wherever it exists. Thank you all so much for treating my mother so well. “Shout out to my guy big Rod!! The first day I met him I dropped off my truck with him. His personality & character made me feel comfortable with him & I’m very picky on who I trust with my cars. He charged me a price I couldn’t say no too and promised me my car would be safe with him. He’s the man of the people.We had a few hiccups, and misunderstandings along the way but we spoke like men and got everything right. His work is excellent. I Will be bringing my other cars to him. “Went for oil change--All was good, until after I was upsold on the car wash, only realizing after tipping and pulling off... dashboard still dusty (I have to go clean it) seats still contain crumbs... ? Maybe review will make sure it is better next time. Other than that, customer service was good and process is efficient.”

I came today for the first time to have my emissions done because the place I normally go to no longer does emissions and the second place I went to had a sign in the front that said they were out to lunch (mind you, it was around 3:30). “A $10 wash and free vacuum is all I need to top off a car that's just a little dirty. They provide plenty of clean rags with window cleaner to put the finishing touch on the car. My stall even had a pressure air nozzle to blow out the crevis areas in the interior. All the tools to do a very good clean up. Good job guys!!”

“I received a free wash coupon in mail. Which, I thought was a nice touch to bring customers. Anyway, I pass Tommy's all the time so I and my son decided to take car in for a much needed wash. I was very nervous because you have to put up our car in natural once you drive up to begin the wash. I can truly say I was a little scared because I am not use to letting go of the wheel. Furthermore, the wash was excellent and the drying process. I also appreciated how the vacuum are set up. If you have someone with you the other can vacuum the other side. Which , saves time.
